Schools

JEN began in 1990 doing new and remodel school projects.  At that time these were all hard-bid/plan and specification jobs.  Under this type of procurement method we have completed over 100 schools in our fifteen years in business.  As the school procurement methods shifted from the hard-bid to the Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) JEN was well suited for this change.  We had been doing design/build since our beginning in the Office Building and Retail segments.  With the budgeting and design skills we already had we were able to step into the CMAR market on schools and be way ahead of most of the electrical contractors doing school work.
