 As some of you may know, we have a large retention area here at the JEN World Headquarters that we have “finished” complete with landscaping, concrete picnic tables and a gas barbeque. What some of you may not know is that this area has been dubbed as “Paul’s Patio” for once a month the office meets there at around 11:30 and enjoys great barbeque treats prepared by our own Paul Flacco.
This last Wednesday, August 15, we decided to show our appreciation to our hard working vendors by inviting them to our luncheon. So Tuesday night, Paul went shopping and he and his wife spent the remainder of the evening preparing a variety of salads (green and pasta) and started the marinating of the chicken. Wednesday came and Paul diligently went to work, firing up the grill and making sure all would be ready for the up to 100 guests expected. To avoid the anticipation, let me quickly assure you that all went off without a hitch and the food was excellent thanks to the Flacco family.
