Base pay for top levels up to $21/hour plus the following benefits:

• We split ½ of labor budget savings with the field personnel on the project on every job.
• We offer any current employee with JEN 90 days or more a $200.00 bonus for recruiting someone to work at JEN. Bonus is earned after the referral person has completed 90 day probation period.
