We start with a simple philosophy: know the architect, contractor/construction manager and owner's needs. Then, we build a budget around those needs, interact with the owner's team to address any remaining budget concerns and finally, review at selected stages to ensure to-the-dollar compliance. When the project enters the permitting stage, a computerized estimate is generated to confirm that the budget remains intact.
